Right now in GoHighLevel, SMS segment count and estimated cost only show in Snippets, not in Workflows & Automations, where most SMS messages are actually created. This makes it hard to track costs, leading to unexpected charges when messages exceed one segment.

🔹 The Problem:

• No way to see SMS segment breakdown inside Workflows.

• Users unknowingly send multi-segment messages, increasing costs.

• The only workaround is manually creating a Snippet first to check segment count, adding extra steps & slowing down workflow building.

• There is also a character count discrepancy between Snippets & Workflow SMS actions, making it hard to know the real cost before sending.

🔹 The Solution:

✅ Add SMS segment count & cost estimation inside the Workflow SMS action, just like in Snippets.

✅ Ensure consistent character count across Snippets, Workflows, and actual sending.

✅ Show real-time character limits to help users optimize messages on the spot instead of using trial & error.

✅ Save time & prevent hidden overages by making it easy to adjust messages without switching between Snippets & Workflows.
