Expose Appointment Time to If/Else Step in Automations

Please expose more granular controls around Appointment Times to the If/Else step. This way we can have more control about what happens next. For example, I do not want 2 hour before message to go out to an appointment that is at 9am.
Use Case:
If I have my automation setup to not allow outbound contact until 9 am and I have a 2 hour before appointment reminder message, then when 9am hits, the 2 hour before message goes out to the 9am appointment at 9am. Which does not make sense.

Yes exactly, I need to be able to send appointment reminders based on time of days compared to start time of the appointment. so if the appointment is at 9.00am and they book it at 7.30am i only want to send them the appt confirmation and 15 reminder not also the 8.00am and 1 hour before reminder since that would be too much. However if they booked at 7.30am for 8.00pm again i would not want to send them the morning of reminder at 8am but i would want to send the 1 hour and 15 minute reminders.
