We need the ability to share workflows between sub-accounts and between different agencies.

Strong need to block certain individual workflows OR workflow folders from users (clients) to protect intellectual property in those workflows. This still allows user to use other workflows, e.g. for their email campaigns.

New feature Enhancement to automations for SaaS agencies.

Need ability to Split Automations to User accessible, or if you want to get really granular then just make it where we can specify users ability to view and interreact with automations at the individual automation level.

Use Case:

Clients want to be able to create and manage some of their own automations but as an agency I provide them with use of custom automations that I prefer they not have access to. 1-for protection of process IP and 2 - to prevent them from screwing up a managed service.

Issue:

currently access and authority is all or none and this limits the flexibility of use for both users and agencies.

It will be great to be able to have a lock feature for folders so we can share certain folders and workflows with clients if they want to edit something while locking other folders containing workflows you don't want clients to mess with.

We would love to be able to share whole folders with all Funnels or Workflows inside it for different locations.

I know that this is possible with snapshots, but this is taking too much time 😅

Being able to share a workflow from one account to another like we can do with individual emails would be grand. It might be helpful if email templates and text snippets were labeled even if they can't be copied and so on for other sticky spots like that so that at least it would speed up the process of direct importation.

Can you please make it available to share automations just like you do funnels? Loved activecampaign for this reason, would love to be able to share automations between accounts, agency accounts we manage, etc.

I'd love to be able to copy Workflows between my client accounts. An option to export json code for a workflow then copy/paste or import the file to add to a different account, perhaps?
