Include the 'To' field to select the email receiver's email address within the 'Send email' activity. The value can be defaulted to {{contact.email}}, whenever we needs to customize it we can do that by specifying the specific email receiver(Ex: {{contact.secondary_email}} where 'Secondary email' is a custom field we created).
