When we want to send an internal notification to a user in a workflow, we can manually select the user or we can select the user assigned to the contact. Sometimes we want to send internal notifications to a specific user, not the one assigned to the contact. In this case, we have to select them manually, but this is very restrictive.

We need to be able to choose the user who receives the internal notification dynamically, using the user's full name. This is already done with the “assign to user” action, which is dynamic and supports the user's full name. This will make our workflows more complete and scalable.
