First of all, the ability to duplicate entire folders including workflows, email templates etc. instead of having to duplicate every single element inside the folder and create a new folder.
And second thing is the ability to organize folders using sub-folders, to get the best control over your marketing assets.

As of now, I'm making copies of individual campaigns and triggers. Would save a lot of time if we could copy an entire folder.

It would be great if we had the ability to duplicate entire folder of workflows. Currently I have to manually duplicate every workflow and then manually put them into a new folder. At scale, it is just inefficient

It's killing our workflow having to duplicate an email at a time when the collection of emails it ready to go in a folder.
Usecase:
We have templated emails ready to go. All there, done.
All we need to do is duplicate them and customize for that flow.
Yet here we are spending hours upon hours duplicating and moving one at a time.

Fully agree. Time-consuming to have to copy individual workflows. In Keap (Infusionsoft) everything is easily replicated - entire campaigns (which is like a Workflow folders in HL), sequences (HL Workflows) right do the individual emails, forms etc. Also being able to "copy" emails between workflows is a super timesaving feature that HL does not have.
