Distinguishing Between Assigned User and Logged-In User for Actions on Contacts & Opportunities

Hello GHL community! I’d like to propose an enhancement to the workflow functionality that would benefit teams managing shared tasks or multi-user environments.
Issue Overview: Currently, GHL automation workflows don't allow us to differentiate between the assigned user and the logged-in user when actions are taken on a contact or opportunity. This limitation means we can't accurately track which team member is performing specific actions if they aren't the assigned user. For example, when any logged-in user takes an action, such as a call or update on a contact, it’s logged under the assigned user, reducing transparency and tracking accuracy.
Proposed Update: Introducing a workflow variable that can differentiate between the assigned user (which exists) and the logged-in user (this would be new) who is actively taking action on contacts or opportunities would significantly improve reporting, accountability, and team coordination.
If this would benefit your agency, please lend your support to help bring this update to the platform. Thanks for reading and supporting improved functionality!
