In our contact table, we would like to capture the datetime that an appointment was created. However, there appears to be no way to assign a datetime stamp.
Steps:
Appointment is confirmed for a contact.
Custom field exists on contact record for datetime.
within workflow automation, assign the current datetime to the datetime contact field.
Result: Ability to download contact list with datetime stamps for critical actions.
Why: We want to gather metrics for how long it takes from time of one action until time of next action.
