Ability to use a custom domain name for trigger links to add link legitimacy to increase click rate. Unless you have established a connection with your subscribers or your SMS is something they expect, a lot of people will be very hesitant to open an unrecognizable link. By using a custom domain name in your link similar to your brand name, you will allow your customers to identify that it's your website or funnel that they're being re-directed to.

I thought this was already done with the release of the "Branded Domains" ... but it does not (yet) work with trigger links as of today

I would also say beyond the domain name to customize. The ability to edit the end text like you can on bitly.
