Custom Code Actions in Workflows

It would be great to be able to have an automation action that lets us write some custom javascript that executes whenever a contact reaches that action in the workflow.
This would allow us to run custom business logic right in the workflow tool.

Action: Run Javascript Functions

An action within automations to run custom javascript function and then use the outputs in the automation.
This would be SIIIICK.
It would be super helpful.

Core Platform - fetch api doesn't work in this action. Which other libraries are disallowed? Seems really restrictive to disable fetch - part of what makes the custom code action in Zapier so useful is for complex calls that are hard to do with their (or your) webhook actions. They're both "premium" so why disallow this?

Bryan Stafford actually I'd go as far as to say that with fetch disabled and no other way to make HTTP requests this new tool is literally useless.

+ 1. There is basically no way to manipulate webhook array data in workflows right now, this would help a lot.

+1 for this feature....can be beneficial for formatting numbers and text in desired way.

Please do this ASAP, the array functions are good but not enough in many cases!

Ability to use custom code as a premium workflow action

It would be useful if we could add a custom code action (similar to zapiers 'code by zapier')
Use case: You've just sent an API request and the data has come back unformatted.
Solution: Python code can be used to format the data.
Use case: You're using AI to converse with someone, and you want to give the AI access to 'todays date', 'the weather', 'local news' etc.
Solution:
Custom Python code can be used to make that request.
Use Case: A lead has uploaded a PDF file, and you want to extract certain data to update the contact from that file.
Solution: Python can be used to send the file to external OCR, format the data and return for example their address.

Code Block

It would be amazing if within the automations section of GHL we are able to use a custom JS code block (similar to what Zapier offers) so that we can execute our own advanced logic if needed. Ideally this would include basic scripts for data manipulation, but would be even better if we could make fetch calls as well.

This would be very helpful for us! all other "workflow" type programs I use have this. From Workato to Zapier etc
