Convert Phone Number Area Code or Address into Timezone

Hi Everyone,
This would be helpful for cold calling agencies, to get the best out of the calls and to have high chance to get a phone call answer during working hours or during day time of a specific contact.

Does anyone have a solution for this? I need to grab timezone details from the phone. I don't have IP, zip. I understand they may have a diff area code and live in a different timezone, but I am still looking to get that field updated.
