At present, when a customer replies with a message containing both text and attachments (e.g., images or files), GoHighLevel creates multiple triggers or separate entries for the message and attachment(s) in workflow automation. This leads to complications in handling and processing responses, as the related message and attachment(s) are not linked together in the same trigger.
Suggested Solution:
We propose that both the text message and the attachments be grouped and triggered together under a single "Customer replied" event in the workflow automation. This would ensure that when a customer sends a message with an attachment, both the message content and the attachment(s) are available within the same trigger, making it easier to process and respond accordingly.
