Can we get variable support for updating a custom number field inside of workflows?

Currently, number fields don't let us use variables to set the field value. So, if I'd like to have a number field that is the number of days between an appointment and a purchase, we can determine that using the date formatter, but we don't have a way to save it back to the contact. Can we get this added please?

I was just trying to make a workflow where I pull back a numeric value from a custom webhook and then I want to update an Opportunity custom field (monetary) and I was astounded to find out that I cannot use a variable from the previous step! How can this be, it seems only text custom fields can use variables? So if you have a numeric or monetary field, you can only set a static value that would always be the same - in what scenario would that ever be useful? Of course people will need to dynamically set this based on other inputs. Please add this ASAP!
Every time I think I can get away from Zapier and just do it all natively in GHL, then I hit a roadblock...back to involving Zapier again. Or maybe changing my monetary field to a text field and just formatting it as text and doing it like that, but not ideal. Or maybe I can webhook to GHL API and do it that way...I dunno, gonna waste a lot of time working around this now.

This would be a great feature!
