We used the global pause settings to pause all our automations on christmas day and new years day so as to not bother people on the holidays and now everyone is STUCK at the same place and has not progressed as they should have when they were unpaused.
this is now a nightmare.
We have 100 thousand+ contacts across hundreds of subaccounts that are in 100+ automations.
Please advise how to restart them so that they are getting messages again.
How can we nurture leads if you turn everything OFF when we need to pause just for 24 hours?
