Automation of moving an owner to followers when replaced by a new one.

If I take a new contact with the application and I am the owner, when the contact arrives at the call center there is a need for us to make the call-iner the owner and therefore I who took the contact must not get lost but automatically move to the followers.

To do this at the moment I have to do with complex automations that makes me a follower when I am replaced with the if/else condition if the tag in my name is present.

But this is not good because you risk losing something on the road.
