When a client books an appointment, I would like a workflow to automatically add another contact as an appointment guest. We have couples book appointments that they will attend together, and right now someone has to manually add the partner as a guest on every single appointment for both partners to receive calendar invites/updates.

So the workflow would be something like:

Contact books appointment >> Find Contact (using partner's contact info stored in custom field) >> Add Found Contact as Appointment Guest
