Joshua Taylor-Anderson Sure. Integrate the FB account and in workflows you can use the Facebook - User comments on a post trigger with Facebook Interactive messenger and Respond in comment action.

Joshua Taylor-Anderson Yes correct. If you have previously integrated then you can directly start with the automation. Just 1 thing to keep in mind here if the account was integrated 3 months back then you have to integrate again as there was some policy change from Instagram's end.

It would also be cool if we could add in rotating multiple automated reponses so that all of our responses to the post looked more natural. For example, instead of all our of comments being one response like " Thank you, check your DM...", we could also have additional responses that say. "Awesome! Check your DM for the link" and "Glad your intersted! I just sent this to you cai DM...". Then our automated response would cycle through (ideally with the option to be in order and randomly) to the comments which would make our responses seem more natural and like automated.
