I have setup gohighlevel calendar for my cleaning business. Once a customer calls me, I set up a new appointment in my gohighlevel calendar. Then I speak to my team members, whom I assign the appointment based on their location and interest. I am told by customer service that it is not possible to setup an automation for assigning an appointment to a specific team member. How can I setup the assignment process in so that a) I can assign to a team member b) once assigned, setup the notifications to assignee? I am not able to assign an appointment/job to a temporary member yet.
