Allow all custom fields as filters on Find Contact action

When using a Find Contact action, it allows you to filter by some custom fields but not all. It appears as if it only allows for fields that are single line or multi line fields, so any fields that are date fields, for example, are unavailable to use as a filter. It would be very useful to be able to filter by ALL custom fields in an account.

The Find Contact feature inside of a workflow is very limiting. According to your tech support, basically, custom fields don't work right and there is no plan to fix it. I can search by SOME custom fields, and NOT by others. At first I thought it would search strings but not numbers, but even strings are sporadic. I specifically added a new string field and it didn't show up. This is a major bug, IMHO.
According to Ricky D. on ticket #2859042 "This would be because finding a contact based on a numeric custom field is a limitation of design within workflows"
Again, this simply doesn't work right. All fields should be searchable in the Find Contacts function in a work flow so that one can correctly pull a record based on it's status.

The most common instances where you are going to look up a contact that has an exact match to some other field is with dropdowns/radio buttons. Yet the only Contact attributes you can select in "Find Contact" are manually input fields.......this is a problem because people often type things in with different upper/lower cases or misspellings.
