Allow all custom fields as filters on Find Contact action

When using a Find Contact action, it allows you to filter by some custom fields but not all. It appears as if it only allows for fields that are single line or multi line fields, so any fields that are date fields, for example, are unavailable to use as a filter. It would be very useful to be able to filter by ALL custom fields in an account.
