Agency owners may have and own multiple businesses themselves in sub accounts. The need to get alerts/notifications on mobile app for their sub account businesses would be great without having to go in and out of different sub accounts that you own and operate

I want to use my agency account as admin for all the subaccounts, so that when someone replies (in any subaccount) I get always notified. Just because I don't want to create a new user for every sub account. This would also mean that I need to login in my GHL mobile app with a different user every time. I would like to use my agency account (with which I'm alreay logged in in the app) for all the notifications

As agency admins we are the ones creating the workflow in the sub accounts we manage. I should not have to be a user in each sub account in order to get notifications about workflow errors. If i built the workflow or even manage it, i should be able to be notified if it errors. Thanks in advance for the notifications but now can we please send them to the right people. Which generally are NOT the people who are in the accounts getting the leads but the agency admins above them. Thank you!!

In the agency go to settings / staff and in the user account go to user roles and set the sub accounts you want notifications on.
