The Messaging Error workflow trigger currently does not include Twilio error code 21268 as an available error-code filter.

Twilio documents error 21268 – “Sending to Premium rate or Information Service numbers is not allowed” as a valid messaging error. Since LC Phone uses Twilio as its underlying messaging engine, this error can occur when sending messages through LC Phone.

I recently encountered this exact error, but the Messaging Error trigger did not fire because there is currently no option to select error 21268 in the trigger filters.

There is also no way to specifically build a workflow around this error because the error code is simply not available as a filter.

Feature request: Please add Twilio error code 21268 to the available error-code filters in the Messaging Error workflow trigger.
