Add Outbound Call number to Manual Call to action

We have users who need to change the phone number for the specific contact they are calling. We have multiple phone numbers and nnw have to change their default phone number to call from a Smartlist. It would be great if in the Manual Call to action, their was a field that governed this outbound phone number so they wouldn't need to change it each time. This would also allow us to use the "power dialer" concept in Conversations/Manual Actions.
