Right now there's only the option to send an internal notification to assigned user. It would be helpful to send internal notification/email/sms to Assigned User & Followers.

In the Internal Notification action within Workflows, the current recipient options include All Users, Particular Users, and User Assigned to This Contact. I’d like to request an additional option to notify the Opportunity Owner and Opportunity Followers directly. This would be very helpful for teams that manage deals separately from contact ownership and rely on opportunity-level collaboration and updates.

When the opportunity owner differs from the contact owner, we NEED to be able to send an internal notification to the opp owner.
