For really large or complex workflows, it can be difficult to find an email or sms command around all the other If-branches and waits etc as they all look the same when zoomed out - Border colour or font colour doesn't cut it.

The post-it notes are great, but it would be better if I could make the background solid "red" or "green" or whatever to help quickly locate certain key actions, or to follow certain flows.
