Add a filter "Has Attachment" to Customer Reply trigger. A lot of service companies ask for photos (of the yard, pool, deck, room, etc.), but there's no way to setup an Action step for when those images/attachments get sent (specifically via SMS but should work for all channels). Likewise, add a filter in the If action step, so If contact reply message Has Attachment" then go down this path, otherwise, this path.
Whether it's a notification, updating the AI as to whether the user sent an attachment or not, or creating a webhook to save attachments to a google drive folder, it would be really nice if there was some options for image/attachments on replies.
