Add a way to send follow ups to unreplied messages

Many times while giving information to customers, i ask them a question that goes unanswered, and if i don't manually follow up, the conversation is lost. When operating a high volume of messages this is very recurrent
Many times is not for a lack of interest from the client, but more so that they forgot to answer.
So for example if i asked, "¿Is that date good for you?", and they don't answer to that specific message, 1 hour later it will send another one, "Hey, just checking if you had time to check your schedule, or you need more time",
if still no reply, maybe another follow up 2 hours later.
What would be need to be set is a trigger to start a workflow for "Client did not reply to: _keyword_" that way we can create our own follow ups for each step of our sales funnel.
Note: I did this integration in the past on the "Simla" Omnichannel, and it raised my conversion rate in over 20%!
It helps the sales team, it reminds the customer and is an absolute game changer.

You can now achieve this by using the wait step with the wait for 'Contact Replay' configuration.

Automate follow up on manual texts

It looks like there currently isn't a way in automations to automatically send follow up messages based on when leads don't respond to a manual text. A lot of times when we have conversations with leads, they will stop responding to messages all of the sudden, and in that case it doesn't seem like there is an automated way to follow up on those people after a certain amount of time having not answered. Having actions and triggers based on last activity or manual texts would be great for that, since keeping track of 500+ conversations can be quite a hassle.

This is not a feature request. You can already do this with existing actions in Workflows. Setup a "Wait" step with the condition of "Replied" then select the message you are wanting them to reply to. When you save the wait step, it will create 2 paths, contact replied and no reply. Then you can add your follow up messages to the appropriate path.

It would be great to be able to have an option in workflows to where we can select a time frame (for example 1 day) and then just have the system continue following up with leads using that same timeframe until they reply back - regardless of how long it is. The money is definitely in the follow up - so having endless follow ups would ensure that we are doing literally all we can to maximize every opportunity. Then as long as you select “stop on response” within the workflow settings it should work great. This would eliminate the need to keep creating multiple “wait” steps over and over again in between each follow up action.
