Many times while giving information to customers, i ask them a question that goes unanswered, and if i don't manually follow up, the conversation is lost. When operating a high volume of messages this is very recurrent
Many times is not for a lack of interest from the client, but more so that they forgot to answer.
So for example if i asked, "¿Is that date good for you?", and they don't answer to that specific message, 1 hour later it will send another one, "Hey, just checking if you had time to check your schedule, or you need more time",
if still no reply, maybe another follow up 2 hours later.
What would be need to be set is a trigger to start a workflow for "Client did not reply to: _keyword_" that way we can create our own follow ups for each step of our sales funnel.
Note: I did this integration in the past on the "Simla" Omnichannel, and it raised my conversion rate in over 20%!
It helps the sales team, it reminds the customer and is an absolute game changer.
