Imagine being able to trigger automation based on keywords you've entered in your conversations.
This could be very powerful ! 🚀
Use case:
You're using chatGPT to manage your “CUSTOMER REPLY”, but you want to take over manually and chatGPT no longer sends any messages to this user.
You want to add specific tags when certain keywords or phrases are sent, or move prospects into pipelines, or notify another staff member automatically
This functionality exists with CONVERSATION AI, so you're already able to deploy it for other cases!

Trigger workflows by filtering for keywords that are sent (currently can only trigger by inbound message filtering)
This would allow templates that are sent to trigger workflows, or any keywords used by the person responding to messages.
Would be SUPER useful.

Or even just any outbound message (with filters). For instance, if user sends contact outbound SMS as trigger, we could stop workflows or add tag so AI doesn't respond, etc. Much needed.

Really need this. Use case:
> AI bot sending messages via live chat or SMS
> Owner sends message manually with phrase "It's Jed here"
> Trigger workflow with outbound message phrase "Jed here"
> Stop bot with tag "ai off"
Loads of other uses cases too but this is my main problem right now.

Yeah need message triggers in general. Especially when building fully AI powered sales Systems, a trigger to automate actions based on a manual reply would make things so much easier!

Additionally, I'd love to have one of the custom values be the message that was sent out.
Along with the option to set the trigger to "manual message sent" or "Automated/workflow Message Sent".
This would significantly simplify most of my workflows and automate may more tasks.
