Ability to send SMS in drip mode in a workflow

Would love for there to be a way to drip the SMS's going out in a workflow. So when there are 2000 texts sitting in a wait and text the clients all at one to slow it down so it is like 5 SMS every 10 min.

We definitely need this so we can drip out WhatsApp messages in workflows at the moment I have to give every contact a unique time when they are created and then use this as the time to drip out emails and SMS messages in a workflow in a sort of drip mode. It works but is messy.

Yes, please. Otherwise, everyone who was dripped in at the start gets bunched up on the first wait step. Negating the whole purpose of entering them via drip mode!
