Ability to HIDE certain folders and workflows
under review

I have some workflows that are PURELY operational...I don't want these changed or even seen on sub accounts but I DO want them to still function. The reason for certain folders and workflows is that my clients NEED to customize their messages in other workflows but in some of them, they cant change them at all or the system wont function correctly. Can we make a radio button to select whether the sub account can have access to certain folders and workflows instead of an ALL or NOTHING approach?

The solution provided by James Crow is not working ?
Pasting it again here for everyone's visibility. Let me know the cases where this is not working and we will look into it
"This can be done by creating a folder inside the Automation section in your desired sub-account. Once the folder has been created, click the 3 dots next to it, where you can then set the viewable permissions to Agency Only. Enjoy!"

Add Workflow Lock Down/ hide Feature

Allow us to lock or hide our workflows the same way we can now lock our funnels. So when we share a snap the locked or hidden workflows cannot be reshared or included in the new snap without our permission.

Automation Workflow Folders Visibility

It would be great to limit visibility to specific users instead of All Users, Admins, Agency Admins. I have specific folders that I want some users to see but not others.

100% Babak Bavardi. We have multiple workflows, many of which are intended exclusively for internal use by our team. While adjusting the permissions of the folders helps prevent these workflows from being edited by clients, it doesn't restrict them from seeing the entire list of workflows. We need a solution that allows users (our clients) to see and select only specific workflows designated for their use, rather than displaying all workflows—90% of which are not meant for them.

James Crow My comment below acknowledges that we are able to change permission, but then users that want to launch workflows from CONTACTS page still see all the hidden agency workflows.

+1 the ability for an admin to hide certain workflows from others is a great idea. We need this ASAP please.

+100000 for this. As agency admins, we are able to change the permission, but we need to also be able to show/hide workflows. Our SaaS users should only see 1 executable workflow, yet they see an entire list of system automations when they want to execute a campaign

As GHL continues to expand it's functionality, and as we develop more and more sophistication with our automation solutions, the need to protect these workflows as intellectual property becomes increasingly important.
