Currently, the "Manual Action" step in Workflows only allows assigning the task to the Assigned User. However, in many sales teams, multiple collaborators (Followers) need to take action on a single lead without changing the primary ownership of the contact.

Proposed Logic for Multiple Followers:

To solve the conflict when a contact has more than one follower, I suggest the following options within the workflow step:

Assign to First Follower: Creates the action only for the first person added to the list.
