HL is already tracking page views per contact. We need the ability to trigger based on page view so we can build abandoned cart campaigns and ad tags if people get to certain pages in the funnel. This is a basic feature most platforms have like ontraport.

Add a trigger to send a message to a lead who abandons the 2 step order form. This would be a lead who entered their info in the first step, but did not complete purchase in Step #2. The trigger could be set up to automatically send an email to that lead with a reminder that their "cart" is waiting for them to complete

Could you guys please enable the creation of abandoned cart notifications via workflows? I understand that it's currently possible to set up a single email sequence through the payment process. However, it would be beneficial if we could also implement this through workflows.

Automatic email notification is nice, but the better option is to add to workflow, which is far more powerful and flexible for sending custom emails, tags, etc. Please add this as an option.

This is already a feature...you just create two workflows. One for the abandoned cart and one for the purchase (which removes them from the first one).

Sean Mclellan: set a payment trigger to “opt in” status instead of “sale”
And a 1 or 2 hour wait as first step, then abandoned cart email
In regular payment automation, tirgger should be for “sale”. First action should be to remove from abandon cart workflow

Tatyana Gomez: Hmmm... this seems like it could work (and huge thanks for your quick reply!) - but I'm not sure which automation allows for this... I see a Payment Received trigger - but it only fires upon the payment having been received... not just from them starting to fill out a 2 step form, or from them visiting a specific checkout page, but not completing the purchase...
