Updates to Conversation Provider in support of external outbound calls

Recently an endpoint was added to allow the recording of external outbound calls within conversations. Currently the avatar that shows up is a gray circle with a "?". I've been informed that there is a plan to add the userId to this endpoint to allow specifying the user (and presumably their avatar would appear).
A great additional modification would be that in the Conversation Providers section of the app to bring the logo out of "Is this a custom conversation provider" and allow it to be used here. So the way I anticipate this working is this.
If the call is POSTed without a userId, use the logo as the avatar.
if the call is POSTed WITH a userId, use the user's picture/avatar, BUT also have a small insert of the logo on top of the avatar (at the bottom maybe?) so that we can identify it easily as an external call and from which Conversation Provider.
