THIS IS A MUST. We need a field service app for service contractors that need to manage and monitor their employee trucks on the road, going to jobs, updating customers with SMS on arrivals, photo/video saving feature that is accessible by company and clients (in a client portal) for before and after photos of work done. with invoices unpaid and paid options, etc. I PROMISE IF YOU DO THIS, you will be tackling a huge part of the market you aren't hitting yet, running up against JOBBER and its alternatives.

This. Being able to have reoccurring subscriptions as well. Where I can route a monthly, quarterly, or annual appointment. We have a ton of APIs between Field Routes and HL because the CRM functionality of Field Routes does not do all the amazing stuff HL does, but we have to have a routing software because HL does not do it.

They have the option to create invoices and estimates in the contact/operatority area.
You can add job expenses under the client invoice. only the contractor can see. for example, how much the labor costs, how much product, and material. Later, you will have the report)
They also have the option that the service technician can close the job, update the closing price update the material cost
and have a report. (and also technician commission report)

I have found this as an issue as well. There is white label software that can be linked with a custom menu link. Probably the best solution until the HL team can tackle that. Seems like an entirely new and separate field of expertise than the other items in HL.

YES!!! Jobber provides more of what these types of businesses need on the go and I'm having a hard time competing since the local service business groups have been spreading the word about JOBBER. Help
