Dear Team,
I am writing to report two critical issues that are affecting the use of the software and require immediate resolution:
Inability to Disable Specific Features:
We are unable to deactivate certain features, such as Sites > Quizz and Marketing > Elevate with Premium Access. Despite our efforts, these features remain active, causing operational inconveniences.
Issue with Purchases and Subscription Charges:
The issue with Marketing > Elevate with Premium Access is particularly concerning. If a team member subscribes, an automatic charge of $47/month is triggered without the option to deactivate this. This poses a financial risk for clients, as there is no control over these purchases.
Additional Note:
This was not an issue before; previously, purchases were not enabled for any team member. This change lacks logic and directly impacts the trust users place in the CRM. No client wants a system where anyone can generate expenses for the company without prior authorization.
We kindly request that you review and address this urgently, ensuring that features can be deactivated and that purchases are restricted exclusively to the account owner or users with specific permissions.
