I have an ecommerce store and so delighted to have the new store function rolled out a few months ago. I launched my store here on GHL rather than shopify because it looked like it has all the bells and whistles. I sell a physical product, so I was happy to see the integration with Shippo. I opened a shippo account solely to use with the GHL store. I followed all the directions on the GHL integration instructions. I successfully entered my token from shippo, etc.
Then tested and nothing happened. Shippo app was indicating I needed to connect a store. After a couple support calls with GHL, it was finally determined that the integration was not available for the $97 subscription!!
That needed to be stated up front.
No where in the integration steps does it make this known. The support people apparently didn't know that either. I have now wasted many hours on this issue.
Support said I could try the free version of zapier. Not acceptable.
