Example: I live in Georgia and neither GHL nor TWILIO support Georgian numbers. In addition, I cannot connect to the SIP Trunk of the local provider. Because of this, I lost three very large companies, because I physically cannot use the call center function

We are a Spanish VoIP provider. The law prohibits us from assigning phone numbers to companies outside of Spain if they do not have a physical address within the country.
We regret that we cannot assist you with this matter.this is what the compaines is saying they can not connect sio for companyies that are out of spain so they said sorry we need soultion for sip trunk Sales & Marketing

I would like to submit a feature request regarding telephony integration inside GoHighLevel.
Currently, adding phone numbers typically requires integration through Twilio. We would like the ability to add and use SIP trunk numbers directly within GoHighLevel without relying on Twilio.
Requested Feature:
Allow direct configuration of SIP trunk credentials inside GoHighLevel
Support adding SIP trunk numbers natively
Enable inbound and outbound calling using external VoIP/SIP providers
Provide routing and call handling similar to existing Twilio-based numbers
Reason for Request:
Many clinics and businesses already use dedicated VoIP providers and SIP infrastructure. Direct SIP trunk support would:
Reduce dependency on third-party intermediaries
Lower operational costs
Improve flexibility for international telephony setups
Allow easier integration with existing PBX systems
This feature would significantly improve scalability and usability for businesses operating outside Twilio-supported regions or using custom telecom providers.
Please let me know if this feature is already planned or if there is any beta program we can join to test similar functionality.

Yeah, this is actually a big limitation right now. A lot of businesses already use their own VoIP or SIP providers, but GHL still relies heavily on Twilio.

We've had multiple clients ask about this exact setup. They already have established SIP providers and don't want to switch everything to Twilio just for GHL integration. Having native SIP trunk support would solve a lot of headaches for international clients too.

I represent the Spanish IP telephone operator Adiptel (adiptel.com). It would make it easier to link telephone calls using the SIP protocol so that we could bring more customers to GHL.
In addition to facilitating the identification of the caller in the dashboard, the cost structure for the end customer would be lowered by avoiding the diversion of calls with international costs.
