Right now an OutboundMessage webhook event is triggered from a call only when the status is completed.

It would be amazing to have it triggered regardless of the status, for example, triggered when the call is not answered and put "no_answer" in the webhook.

Also it's quite confusing right now that if a call is cancelled or goes into voicemail it is marked as completed.
