We are using Custom Objects extensively and would like the ability to create and manage notes on Custom Object Records via API, similar to how notes can be added to Contacts.

Currently, we could not find a documented endpoint to:

* Create a note on a Custom Object Record

* Retrieve notes associated with a Custom Object Record

* Display API-created notes in the record activity/timeline feed

This feature would be extremely valuable for integrations, automations, and external systems that need to log actions, comments, audit trails, or internal updates directly against Custom Object Records.

Could you please add API support for notes and timeline activities on Custom Object Records?
