Please add a 24/7 coworking room inside GHL Communities that members can join anytime, with a live presence indicator like: “3 MEMBERS COWORKING” and a clickable banner to enter the room.

Use Case

We run a membership and currently use an external coworking tool for always-on coworking. It drives massive engagement because members can drop in anytime and feel accountability + community instantly. We want to keep this experience inside GHL Communities.

What we need (core requirements)

1) Always-on coworking room (24/7)

A persistent room that members can join anytime

Basic video + audio + chat (minimal version is fine)

2) Live presence indicator

Banner / pill visible in the Community UI (web + mobile):

Example: “3 MEMBERS COWORKING”

Clicking the banner instantly opens the coworking room

3) Community integration

Tie the room to:

a specific Community

optionally a specific Channel

Ability for admins to turn the banner on/off per community

4) Notifications (nice-to-have)

Optional push/email: “Coworking is active” or “X members are coworking now”

Optional “join my session” share link

Why this matters (business impact)

Increases daily logins + retention (members come back because people are there)

Reduces churn by building real relationships and accountability

Keeps engagement inside the GHL ecosystem (instead of sending members to other tools)
