We want the AIs to be able to tell customers whether products are in stock or not.
We want them to tell our customers the product's price and whether they have changed or not
We want them to be able to send our customers the links for the products
Right now, CSV is Static. If I change my price for a certain product, or it's out of stock. It won't know. Making it ultimately USELESS :(

Abhishek Kumar, Daniel Ndaya is correct. The AI (Conversation and Voice) need to have access to dynamic stock and price data. The problem is The Payments product development team has not made the quantity-on-hand field an API endpoint or merge field for action by Workflows.
