Having CSV is cool, but if I sell products, it is useless. My prices are always changing, as I receive new stock, run out of stock, and so on. The data changes all the time.
If you could allow the AIs to access any database, so that we can dynamically pull data (WHEN QUERIED), then it would make the GHL knowledge base an invaluable asset
