We are using Voice AI to replace IVR and one of the common questions asked of my client niche is "Are you currently open?" Or "What time do you open today?". The Agent needs to be able to give intelligent answers like "Yes we are currently open but will be closing at 7pm" or "We are not open today. We will be open tomorrow at 9am".

Nathan Quan In my testing the Agent is becoming more aware of the date and time. Especially now that they have added the TimeZone setting for the Agent. For example now I can ask are you open today and it gives me the correct answer.
