Hi there, currently when the language in the Reputation AI bot is set to dynamic the bot will use a language choice based on the name of the person leaving the review rather than the body text of the review. We have received two reviews now, both written in english, where the bot replied in Arabic just because the customers name was written in Arabic. This is kind of presumptuous since the customer wrote their message in english. It also gives the wrong impression that we understand Arabic...
I realize I can set it as Static on English, which we now have, but I believe if the customer has gone to the trouble to write their message in English the response should also be in English.
