Being able to create custom AI Agents that understand data and can accomplish tasks and provide feedback inside of sub-accounts.

AI Agents are going to take over the world, and HighLevel should be positioned to implement this technology and allow its users to build on top of it. We already have GPTs that we can customize for Voice AI, but I see a much bigger use case across the platform. These AI Agents can actually work inside of your business and follow guidelines set by the business owner. It will be able to build workflows, turn workflows on/off based on actions, chat with the user, chat with user's customers, and access a vast knowledge base provided by the user as well as all of the current data that is available within the sub-account as well as any linked data sources (Google sheets, Airtable, etc).

Y Combinator recently announced that their main focus is funding companies that are working on this. We're going to see a massive shift in the workforce with AI Agents, and as software and automation providers, making this a core offering will keep us competitive in the marketplace.
