Copy & Paste to Add Plain Text to Knowledge Base

There should be a way to just paste in your text to add things to the KB to train your bots. Instead of only allowing URLs and FAQs. I can't believe that's not already a thing. It's INSANE that nobody realized someone might want to just paste in text they already have that the bot should know!
