Conversational AI should not repeat same follow ups

Let's say that Follow Up 1 is 'x', and it is once certain time elapses since the last message of the contact. If that contact talks again but does not respond again to the new message, this new message will trigger again the Follow Up process of the bot, and it will be considered Follow Up 1, sending as a consequence the same follow up 'x', creating a bad experience for everyone in the conversation

Mario Gallardo the followup message goes out based on the context of conversation , if there is a repeat in the conversation the followup tends to be repetitive .
