Absolutely need to get ALL the AI agents and tools to have knowledge of what all the others know and have done. Need a consolidation of the knowledge base of all the AI agents and tools along with the CRM (Contacts & Conversations). Also, everything in Conversations tab needs to include everything from Conversations AI, Voice AI, ChatGPT Powered by OpenAI (in Workflows), etc.
There MUST be a platform-wide consolidation of ALL data points.
This way when Voice AI has a conversation with a prospect and Conversations AI continues that conversation at a later time, there's no gaps in what each knows with respect to the prospect, lead, customer, etc. Also, to have all of these share that data with ChatGPT Powered by OpenAI (in Workflows) allows for FAR more robust and personalized and accurate communication across the board!

It would make sense for the AI-Employee to function seamlessly across the entire GoHighLevel system.
For example:
• If a customer books an appointment via the Chat Widget, and later writes on WhatsApp, the AI-Employee should recognize the customer, know about the booked appointment, and continue the conversation contextually.
• The AI should have cross-platform intelligence, meaning it can access and consolidate all customer data, interactions, and activities regardless of the communication channel.
This ensures a smoother, smarter, and more unified customer experience.
