Hi GoHighLevel Team,

I love the platform and all the tools you’ve built for real estate professionals. I wanted to suggest a feature that would be a huge value-add for investors like myself.

It would be great if GoHighLevel had a property comping/offer price widget built in. Nothing overly complicated—just a simple calculator that could:

Take in a property address

Pull in comparable sales data from public sources/MLS integrations.

Optionally use AI to analyze photos or satellite images for condition.

Suggest a Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) or recommended offer price, based on standard investor formulas (e.g. After Repair Value minus estimated repairs minus margin).

This would save investors a lot of time running comps and making quick offers, while keeping everything inside the GoHighLevel ecosystem. Even a light integration with AI or a data provider would be extremely powerful.

Would love to see something like this added to the roadmap!
