Despite the new Coexistence API function, it still doesn't solve 100% of customer problems. Because, many companies want to centralize the service of the teams through CHAT in the CRM. But using API we have some problems:
1 - rules such as inactivity after 24 hours limit teams, and it is necessary to use a template approved by META. The problem is that at some volume this cost is over a lot, causing our prospective leads to other platforms, such as KOMMO, which offers WhatsApp via QR CODE. I've already lost some customers for that reason. I even lost one today.
2 - Another problem with the Coexistence API is that it has a high number rejection rate. This week I tried to connect two WhatsApp Business from two different clients and both were rejected. I tried support with META and WhatsApp, but there was no solution. They simply reject it. It turns out that by taking a test, they accepted the number through the API without Coexistence. In other words, it's a problem specific to the Coexistence API.
3 - Some companies only want to connect WhatsApp CRM to centralize messages, generate metrics and distribute service. It doesn't make sense to have to use the API in the face of the points I explained above.
