Wait for Response for Internal Notifications / Human in the loop

We have "Wait for Response" for emails/sms messages that go out to contacts, but it would be very helpful to be able to respond to an internal notification and trigger actions (or rather follow-up actions based on that).
E.g. If I trigger a notification to one of our team members internally that a client needs a callback, they can respond with "DONE" to keep the automation/onboarding flow running.
This is a bit like a human-in-the-loop action that many other workflow builders (Zapier, Make.com, n8n) already have.
